Question 1

Can I get a Deck Doctor diagnosis without an account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Deck Doctor intake is public and does not require an account. Submit one valid .pptx file up to 10 MiB, the intended audience, and the desired outcome. After a successful anonymous submission, use the private report link returned by the intake to open your report, and keep that link. Pimp My Deck reports and checkout are separate and require an account.

Question 2

What does the diagnosis report contain?

Accepted Answer

The report scores clarity, storyline, evidence, decision orientation, analytical communication, and visual communication, with a rationale for each. It includes three priority findings in order, each with a practical recommendation. It may also flag findings supported by the deck for unsupported claims, assumptions, missing evidence, duplicated content, or unanswered executive questions. You can download the report as a PDF and copy its desired-outcome summary.

Question 3

Is there an example diagnosis?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The sample diagnosis is a fictional illustrative scenario, not a real customer result. View it at /sample-diagnosis.

Question 4

What are the rebuild choices?

Accepted Answer

Deck Doctor is the free first-pass diagnosis. Pimp My Deck is a separate paid, one-time strategic rebuild: review the diagnosis, then continue through the authenticated hosted-checkout flow. The delivered file is a new downloadable, editable PowerPoint.

Question 5

Can I direct the rebuild’s look?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In the Pimp My Deck report, choose Aptos, Arial, or Georgia; Thesis Kite, Monochrome, or Warm neutral colours; widescreen 16:9 or standard 4:3; and a Minimal or Editorial title treatment. These settings are for Pimp My Deck, not the free Deck Doctor report.
